Program/Project Management
At METCO, we understand the key role that a strong and capable Project Management Office (PMO) plays in delivering leading edge business critical solutions to our customers. Engaging one of our Program or Project Managers is critical to your project success. We will work closely with each customer to document work plans, provide regular program/project updates, highlighting key events and meeting milestone dates. Effective program/project management is a key component to ensuring a successful project implementation and is a key contributor to the METCO differentiated customer experience.
Our PMO is focused on the following project activities:
- Clear communication of responsibilities
- Regular project review meetings
- Effective project planning
- Coordinating and directing project resources
- Tracking and reporting on project progress
- Managing quality process
- Coordinating change management processes
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Effective escalation of issues
- Tracking deliverables
- Cost Monitoring and Control
- Providing project status reports to various management levels
Training
METCO offers a comprehensive training program that includes standard courses as well as customized training for selected vendors' equipment.
Training courses consist of both theoretical and practical aspects, such as hands-on experience related to equipment functionality and testing, maintenance routines and troubleshooting/problem resolution.
METCO can provide training sessions in:
- Network Planning and Design
- Installation and Commissioning
- Operation and Maintenance
- Network Management
Training sessions are presented by highly skilled METCO staff or 3rd party vendor instructors. The courses can be given at locations that suits best to the customer requirements.
