METCO’s Project Management Office (PMO) works with customers via our methodology to appropriately leverage our resources to assist in the successful deployment of your technology within contractual timelines. To begin the process, our expert team will work on an appropriate architecture and design of the chosen technology. They will then develop appropriate test plans, complete staging and configuration, migrations and deployments, and day 1 support. Post deployment, METCO offers additional operational support options through both the professional and managed services teams.
