Customer Engagement Technology conference (CET World Series) arrived in Kuwait as its fifth destination after UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Egypt. The event, which took place on September 19th, 2018 at Radisson Blu, was successful in bringing together marketing, digital/ IT and business heads to discover the latest solutions that enable greater customer experience across various industries.
